Treina is an excellent team builder and the consummate customer service professional. Including her time at Bloom she has more than 30-plus years of experience working in the customer service, training, quality and transactional processing fields.
Before becoming Operations Director she worked for five years as Bloom’s Client Services Manager where she met regularly with clients to learn about their needs and successfully guide them through the sales process. As Client Services Manager she also worked closely with program managers to develop useful business methodologies, enhance organizational learning and ensure a comprehensive and accurate understanding of clients’ goals and expectations.
As Operations Director Treina has overseen the successful selling seasons of more than 15 Medicare/Marketplace/Life Insurance programs, and helped implement a unique scorecard system and stack ranking program that tracks the performance and development of every Bloom employee.
She has also orchestrated the development of multiple internal leadership training initiatives and streamlined job aids and other performance-enhancing tools for Bloom’s agents.
Treina’s well-balanced career experience and outstanding communication and customer service skills makes her a valuable asset in assisting both new and returning clients in need of Bloom’s proven expertise.
